SourceTV config setup question

I've been trying to configure sourceTV on my TF2 24-slot server but I'm running into a problem with two variables that don't seem to be displaying as they should...

Here are the values in question:

tv_name "Server Name | SrcTV"
tv_title "SrcTV Bot"

When I look at the server through the browser listing, the server shows up as "Server Name | SrcTV", just like it should. If I connect to the server (27015 or 27020), I see the name "Server Name | SrcTV", when I'm expecting to see "SrcTV Bot".

Here are the definitions:
tv_name <name> Sets SourceTV name as it appears in server browser and scoreboard (master only).
tv_title <text> Sets a SourceTV broadcast title shown in the spectator GUI

I've tried using the NFO easy setup option, editing the server.cfg, editing the autoexec.cfg and nothing seems to work. From looking around on the internet, it seems like this should work but doesn't. Please help!

You're right that this should work. It seems that Valve has changed the behavior from what's documented =\.
