you cannot restrict awps without using a hl2 plugin such as this one:

http://www.sourcemod.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=222

we do not support this mod, as we are waiting for the sourcemod

Hope that helps 8)

I'm looking at the instructions at http://qoda.net/cssource/minimumadmin/doc/ and they are not specific to home servers at all. I'd recommend you use those. Just keep in mind when you're installing it that the "cstrike" folder is the default directory on your FTP.

when you click on the ftp link, you are now in the cstrike directory looking at the files and folders there

his documentation applies to local servers as well as dedicated servers

put the files in their respective places like the documentation says, should be files into the addons folder, if its not there, make it by right clicking and new folder named addons

yes your full steamid, STEAM_0:X:XXXXXX and ip would not be gameserver, its the players IP

theres two ways to give admin, either via steamid, which you should do, or via IP address of the player(s)
