Vac 2 Enabled on some servers

ok well vac 2 has been enabled on some serveres here is a quote from

Alfred's statment was true. . . yesterday, when he said it. There are indeed a very small number of servers with VAC2 running as a Beta - the ones Mudboy posted. There will be more details on the server mailing lists about how we are going to bring more servers into the beta testing soon.

there isn't a way to enable it yet, theres only a few servers thats working under beta for it

We will be ramping up the number of secure servers as we finish various
testing phases. As said previously, more details will be provided to
this list are we extend the scope of testing.

its a controlled process of bringing more servers into it, just be patient.
