Cannot Connect To Server

cant connect to the server anymore.

There was a major update on the source engine and i get this message saying :

"The server you are trying to connect to is running an older version of the game"

Is this temporay?

There was a stealth (unannounced) required CS:S earlier today that we rolled out. You would have seen this error until the rollout was complete.
