Problem with HLstatsX

Hi every 1 .. i was wondering if you could help me out.. I use HLstatsX (newest version) on my hl2dm server everything works ok exepct of rank and top... basicly they do not work at all.. i try to type rank in the chat nothing happens .. i cant even see the text in the chat bar.. same thing goes for every top command.. i also seen that servers that only have HLstatsX can still input rank or top.. and it will show people the rank and who is in the lead.. ?

Got any ideas on how to fix this? or iam missing something

Do you have the HLStatsX Sourcemod plugin installed?

Also did you try restarting the back end daemon?

What loggin do u need or asking about..?

And yes i have restart the daemon .. multi times..

On the stats page is should mention something about logs. The logs should be set to the correct location already but can get messed up sometimes.

If all else fails send in a support request.

This may be a stupid question, but do you have Sourcemod and MetaMod installed? The HLstatsX Plugin will not work without them.

No question is stupid.. and yeah i have source mod and metamod installd + the plugin ..

It would be best to send in a help request from your control panel at this point so we can take a first hand look at your server.

Yepp iknow i have.. nfo admins sended me here 2 check if any 1 knew what to do .. cuz they where drawing a blank.. sadly

Have you tried restarting the back end admin daemon on the stats page?
