I have not heard any other reports of this. Was this after the most recent game update? Also, is this specific to one game?

Looks like it's not just our server, but other servers are having the same problem...
Added:
(1) Giftboxes for an as-of-yet unknown purpose (I surmise it is for their Holiday Steam Sale)
Broke:
(1) Radar - Not only is there no longer floor plans for the base maps, but (a) teammates show up as opposing forces, (b) random highlighted markers at the top of the map, (c) teammates not even showing up on radar, (d) minimap no longer works while in spectator mode [arguably it doesn't work at all]
