!store plugin doesn't work

Hello everyone so i just got a server from NFO
and i have been trying for 7 hours to add this !store plugin to the server but the !store never shows up! maybe one of you guys have a clue
this is exactly what i posted for help but got no help

So I have done all the steps to install store!

my last step i got to to was installing !store,
i go in game and type !store < nothing shows up, i go to logs of store and it says

To get the smjansson extension to load, either create a blank file in /sourcemod/extensions/ called smjansson.autoload or add the following to your server.cfg:

That should get the Store plugin working. I notice you are having a few other plugin errors in your log which you may want to address.

i solved the smjanson error before you replied i added
in server.cfg i added sm exts load smjansson which now i can see it the
sm exts list,

The log file explains it fairly well, but it looks like:

Your No Fall Damage plugin (dhnofalldmg.smx) requires the Dukehacks extension. Dukehacks is no longer supported, neither is the plugin you're trying to run. Try this updated version: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=138748

The Show Damage and Simple Chat Processor plugins are missing their respective translation files. You'll need to upload the included translation files for each.

The plugin Custom Chat Colors is failing to load because of it's dependency on Simple Chat Processor, which failed to load as noted above.

The CSSDM errors are normal, it just means that map wasn't setup for DM spawns.

Remember to upload the translations folder when adding plugins, they aren't just there for show or to add other languages for the plugin. Many plugins use the translations file to easily format and edit output without having to edit the plugin source.
