I just ordered today and got a couple friends on my server, but their ping is really high. The server doesn't seem to lag at all, which is weird. I got the Seattle Premium location so I don't understand why everyone has such high ping. Can anyone help me with this?

Have your friends send you a traceroute to your servers IP. Then forward those traceroutes to the staff via a support ticket. They can take a look and let you know what is going on.

What is the server IP?
If your friends live a long distance from the server their pings will go up, nothing you can do about that. I would expect around 90ms for anyone on the east coast.
