COD2 to COD4

I currently have a cod2 14 man private server, is there a way to just get that changed to the same 14 slots but in cod4?
I know somebody must have done this, so, any help would be appreciated.

You just need to do a change order on the order page by selecting 14 slots, CoD4, then select "this is a change to an existing server". Fill in your account information and follow the directions from there. If you are stuck, please visit us on the control panel through the live chat.
