Phew there is a list that is starting to mount right now in my head, but there are A LOT of titles I am truly excited for. Duke Nukem Forever being one, Infamous 2 another, Red Faction Armageddon, American Mcgee's Alice, FEAR 3 and I run out of gas there. A pretty busy month and throw in the fact I just purchased the GTA IV complete edition today, I am pretty swamped. lol

Looks pretty interesting.. To be honest if I had a 3DS I would pick up Zelda The Ocarina Of Time. One of my favorite games.

I'm betting that they'd be doing it similarly to the BO strategy, if they do, but we can always hope.

BF3 seems to be a bit more impressive, either way.

Yea. BF3 seems to be taking the lead. However I wish we will get public server files for MW3.

I plan on buying both. I will most likely play Mw3 more but BF3 seems like a good game when I am looking for strategy and good graphics.

Server providers don't bid on contracts like you would in other industries? Or is this just not of interest for NFO?

I know this but Activision signed a contract with Game Servers for them to host BO servers, while no one else could. I have a feeling this contract is not over and Game Servers will be the only host for MW3.

They could bid if the offer is up for grabs like that, but that is usually not how it goes. Partnerships are sometimes formed and agreements made at the publisher's choice, and not always in a smart manner.

The BF2 ranked provider situation a few years ago is a great example. We started contacting EA at least a month before the game was released, we later accepted their requests and then we stopped hearing back from them for the most part. At the same time, other GSP's that started up just to host that game were granted permission after EA stopped talking to us. Thankfully, EA seems to now understand the value of having NFO as partner.
