Is there an option, server variable, receipe to enable Coop game modes (Survival, Spec Ops) with the MW3 Dedicated Server? Or did Infinity Ward restrict those game modes to the Singleplayer and use the Dedicated Server only for the multiplayer game modes?
It would be nice, if the Dedicated Server files would also support Coop modes.

If it's like Black Ops. the player has to host coop themselves and friends join.

I am pretty sure you cannot do that. You will need to host them locally.
