Photoshop 7.0 is a good one.

You'll need to buy it though. :(

Half-logo creator. I have it on our website with DOD readme. FYI, CS & DOD are the same instructions.

Use Photoshop or MSPaint to create your spray image. You have to keep a 16x32 or 32x16 pixel ration. I usually use 128x64 for my sprays. When you are done with the image, save it as a bitmap image. I use a program called Wally to convert my images into a .wad spray package. Open Wally and look for the Wizard menu. Choose the HL Color Decal option, and then fill in all of the info for the gamepath. Browse to your image, load it, and approve the options. It will then make the .wad file and then you can save it as pldecal.wad in your game directory. I would also save it once more as tempdecal.wad as well. When you are done, change the wad files to "read only" and then test them in-game.

Everything should be peachy, and there are tons of tutorials floating around if you search for them on Google.

I have been a helper for quite a while but I haven't been too active on the forums, only in the support channel.
