Installing Chicken MOD HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys im trying to install chickenmod and i cant get it to work could anybody give me a step by step on how to install it on the kind of server that we have sorry im a noob :D

I haven't installed chickenmod in ages, so unfortunately I can't help much :-\. Are there install instructions included with it?
