how would i disable hl guard so that we can change interp and boost

On your 'easy setup' page of your control panel, go down to metamod plugins and uncheck HLguard. Then hit commit changes button and restart the game server.

its not checked i delete its error

You could check the addons/metamod/plugins.ini through file manager to double check. Otherwise, please visit us on live chat to look into this further. Make sure you have restarted the server since disabling hlguard.
