Usually it's best to email us or contact us in Live chat about individual problems or individual server issues so that we can provide more personal and targeted help.

I'm not seeing any problems with that trace, but I could run a more targeted test given your IP address. I'm also curious whether you're seeing any choke or packet loss, and I'll need to know your server identifier to double-check your machine to see if there are any issues with it that the automated systems may have missed.

I think its just your unnaccelerated servers... There not so great no offense i got the hyper accel and its awsome worked like a charm... Why are your non acceled servers ran at 64 server side frame max... Thats waaay to low for any server in my opnion I think all servers should satrt atleast 100 frames but who am i to say right.

That's why we put "Highly recommended for all servers to avoid registry complaints!" on the order page next to the ping accelerator checkbox ;)

That is the Windows default.

I'm not a big fan of nonaccelerated servers either (once you play on an accelerated server it's tough to go back) but some people don't mind them, and we can sell them at a lower price point due to their lower resource usage.

I aggree with what you say but aswell I dont aggree with locking them at 65 or 64 id say 100 64 frames is reallly low even for most non accelrated server at any other company what makes your non accelrated servers better then a diffrent host that runs theres at 100 frames and you run yours at 64 and charge more then them?

one more thing When you say thats the windows default you mean? That they cant run over 65? because I have ran servers at 100 frames or higher before but i had a bandwith issue so those servers did not work out thats why i rent here

The Windows SMP default is 64. The next step up is 250, then 500. That's why we offer those three levels of service. If there were other FPS levels, we probably would offer them too.

Ok im sorry to bother but still in the dark a bit by these steps of service you are talking about your are saying servers can only be ran at 64 frames 250 frames or 500 frames?

Those are the three possible maximums, yes. Other FPS targets are possible with adjustments to cvars (fps_max or sv_fps) but the performance difference is negligible versus the full maximum rate when doing that, and we can't easily force renters to use a particular value.

Sorry I might not be understanding but i have rand servers at sys_ticrate 120 and always got 100 115 frames I just always thought of that quality being some what mandatory for a server but i guess thats my opnion is that all your accelrators are is the locking and changing of a sys_ticrate for 1.6?

No, that's not what I was saying. In fact, in last post I made, I indicated that doing that is not effective.

I describe the accelerator in a different way here: http://rentalforums.nuclearfallout.net/ ... php?t=2407
