Why is the price for a single server at almost $1.50? Looking to get one but the price, is it 250 fps standard.

Our prices reflect the costs for hardware, InterNAP bandwidth, highly-underloaded machines, systems development, monitoring, updating, attack mitigation, and other support. As part of that, we have the guaranteed highest performance. For HL1-based servers, our base performance level is 500fps.

For HL1, the lowest FPS that we offer is 500fps (what we call the hyperaccelerator). The base price is for a 500fps server. Our order page discusses this in more depth.
