The screen shot you posted is of a Windows dialog reporting that HLDS crashed. This means either that you one of your plugins has a bug and caused a crash, or you are running an older version of HLDS that is missing the latest exploit fixes, and someone attacked your server.

You can check for the latest version of HLDS using the hldsupdatetool utility. This is located in the "C:\game installs" folder of the VDS as we provide it to you.

Have you tested the server without any plugins?

Does the server stay up longer if you use a different IP/port? If so, that may indicate an attack.

Did you try what Edge100x mentioned? You pasted an IP, but it didn't really answer the question.

Please keep in mind that short, fast answers don't make troubleshooting faster, they make it go slower. Please take a bit of extra time to be as specific and detailed as possible in your responses, it will help us understand what is happening.

Are you certain that plugins are turned off? That's an error that I've never seen before and your server title suggests that the server normally runs a buggy/broken/illegal plugin we can't support (i.e., dproto/nosteam).
