Counter-Strike 1.6 Server not being listed on Steam Servers

I don't know if this is the appropriate place for this thread, sorry if not XD

Rented a CS 1.6 server today. However it does not populate in the server list.

Contacted support and they mentioned that some other costumers were complaining about this as well.

Just wondering if anyone else was having this issue and any ideas whats up?

Sorta sucks to have a public server and have it on "ghost mode".

Do you have any filters applied to your browser that could be blocking it from showing? Did this recently start or ever since you bought the server?

Trust me, i have tried EVERYTHING in regards to filters. Plus remember, its not just me that cant find it.

Yes, ever since this server "came to life" it hasnt been posted.

Also must note that i rented a server about 4 days ago from another company. And I had the same issue.

Im thinking there is something wrong with STEAM or w/e is required to post servers to the list, unless someone can confirm that they have just set up a new server in the past day and its on the list.

(Must note that I canceled that server in order to come here. There servers were sorta crappy and customer service was TERRIBLE. NFO servers are the best on the market imo with the best customer service and im sorta ashamed i went cheap and went them them over NFO at first )

A few people have indeed mentioned this recently. We can take a closer look at your server if you send in a request about this, but it sounds like you already did that.

One thing that might be worth trying: Uploading the Steam.dll from your client to the server. That is required to make CS:GO and COD:MW3 to work, strangely, and it's possible that Valve might be starting to force it on other games: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =82&t=7353

Also, what is the server name? I will see if I can find it in my list.

My server name is:

interLAN [Aim Maps + Deathmatch]

If you find it I might throw my monitor lol. i have been working/wasting most of my day trying to find a fix to this damn thing with 0 luck

Well there seemed to already be a steam.dll in there, however i deleted it and replaced it with my steam.dll.

Stopped server
delete
replace
start server

still not showing up

It's not showing up in my list, either.

I'll keep investigating, but it sounds as though Valve may simply be having problems with its server list this weekend. If so, I hope that they clear this up ASAP.

It just started showing up for me now, actually, after my last restart of it .
