Hi,

Yes you can change the subscription length at any time via our order page. You will need to wait until the current subscription runs out though. So if you order for three months then change it to single month you will need to wait until the three months is up before the new cycle takes effect. For this reason, it's usually best to wait until right before the renewal date to make a billing duration change.

also how long does it take to change max slots?

Changing the max slots can be done at anytime via our order page by doing a change order. Normally it takes just a few minutes and requires a server restart.
