There is an update but it doesn't appear to be required. It seems to be very small and only fixes a few things.

We're planning on starting the rollout today.

They sprung this one on us without warning -- they have sent advance emails for some previous required updates.
Due to the nature of updates requiring servers to restart, we have scheduled it to occur during off-peak hours on 11/19.
Note that clients who are running old versions of TS3 (prior to 3.0.11) will need to update, as well, because of protocol changes.
