Help Vent server not starting up

My vent server is not starting up when i try it

ventrilo.nuclearfallout.net Port: 4400

It says its offline and then i go to "start server" it says OK its started but its NOT!!

help plz ty

this was problem was fixed about 20-30 minutes after it started. :P
