Privilege Key message

So, recently had to reset the server I rent, because of some bad permissions that were given out. Ever since then, anyone that joins the channel, myself included, still gets the "add a permission key" pop-up. Tried resetting the server again, still the problem persists. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

redeem the permission key you got when setting up the ts3 server.

I am not sure where this is, if it even exists in NFOs control panel. Maybe the staff can clarify if the key is in the panel. You would try looking in the logs if they are available to see if a privilege key is there.

Voice server is the only service I don't have at NFO so far (I do have a ts3 on unmanaged single core linux though).

looked at the permissions, no other keys are available, so that's not an issue. I had a new key generated when I had the server wiped, which I then used immediately, yet still the pop-up persists.

Can you try re-redeeming the key on "Easy Setup"?

There was a key listed in the permissions, & once I ACTUALLY deleted that one, the pop-up went away.

Yeah, I know, I feel really smart right now, but at least the issue is resolved. Thanks to all that offered help
