Urgent: Upgraded vent server, need it active asap

I upgraded my vent server from a 20 man to a 50 man. Account is under mkenyon@gmail.com and server identifier is fantasmastic. I went through all the steps including stopping my previous subscription for the 20 man, and was told it would be active very soon. Please let me know what is up.

Edit: I see that you have completed the process now and its upgraded to 50 slots.
