You're doing a great job. I'm giving you a raise...

I've finished basic support for TS3 :). It is now an option on the standard order page at http://www.nfoservers.com/order.php. The TS3 support still has some ways that it can be improved, I'm sure, and I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's feedback on it.

TS3 costs us a bit more to run than Ventrilo, but I made the pricing on TS3 the same so it'll be easy to switch back and forth.

Servers take only a minute or two to create. Did you already click the "Upgrade" button on your Payments page?

Yes, this is something that we can do for you if you'd like. Just let us know through the "Help!" system :)

I'm trying to get my server to view in tsviewer.com and I'm getting:

Error
Code: 2568
insufficient client permissions (failed on clientlist 13684/0x3574)

and this is what I have found:

To get the serverlist query work:

login as serveradmin (shell)

commands:
use sid=1
servergroupaddperm sgid=1 permid=4356 permvalue=1 permskip=0 permnegated=0
servergroupaddperm sgid=2 permid=4356 permvalue=1 permskip=0 permnegated=0

Restart the server

I do not believe I have access to issue these commands to my server. Can anyone help?

Some people have said that the permissions changes you gave help fix websites with broken querying systems, but I haven't had time to look into what those numeric permissions codes actually mean yet, so it hasn't been possible to implement them yet (for simple security reasons).

The server query does work here, and we're doing nothing more complicated than:

use 1
serverinfo

We talk more about our built-in server query here: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =19&t=3733

Earlier, I spotted the address of the teamspeak test server with NFO, but I can't find it now. Does anyone know the address, the {POW}'s want to check it out since we are coming up on renewal time with our ventrillo server.

One easy way to find a test IP at any location is to select the location you're considering here:

http://www.nfoservers.com/order.php?type=ts

It will pop up example connection info for you :).

Trying to get this code to work:

<iframe src="http://www.nfoservers.com/query/tstat.p ... ervers.com" width=400 height=600 frameborder=0></iframe>

Since we cannot add nfo ts3 servers to tsviewer.com

What I get is:

The system does not recognize the server identifier you specified.

You put your ID as "aad.ts3.nfoservers.com", but that's your full DNS. If you put just your identifier, of "aad", it will allow it.

It does not look like your server is responding to queries at all right now, though. I think I mentioned this to you in a support request awhile back.
