NFO Admin daemon beta (BFBC2)

I just noticed a check box in my BFBC2 control panel for the Admin daemon beta...

any info on this? (Announcements would be pretty stonking cool.)

I just finished adding that early this morning. It's not extensively well-tested, so I haven't made an announcement yet, but I have checked most of the functions briefly (including on_join messages, timed announcements, on_chat messages, !kick, !say, and !rcon) and they should all work.

Please give it a go and let me know .

Seems to be working as intended. Nice.

Is there anyway to have the announcements come up as just chat? I mean, in the chat space.

I don't think I want to have too many of these pop up to prevent it from becoming annoying since the text is right in the middle of the screen.

In fact, I think just a join +90 is the best way to go so that it just happens once when people join.
