Yep, though I've had to disable PB on my BF:BC2 servers, so we're not using it actively at the moment.
It works extremely well. Blocks MANY known cheaters automatically.

I would recommend keeping the MD5 config updated, when pbbans releases a MD5 update it temporally saves it in the server memory. if the server is rebooted it will be lost. That is why it's best to manually update it for BC2.
