How to get ULX

Hi i was wonder how exactly do i get ULX iv downloaded it and placed it in addons but nothing happened. i thought maybe this option in the Control Panel:

but im not sure how to use it...

1. You navigate to 'Easy setup' in your control panel.
2. You scroll down to the 'Garrysmod-specific settings'
3. You click on the 'choose install to put on the server', then you
click on ULX and ULib.

Once you make sure that yours is the same you simply go down to the bottom of the page and click 'commit changes' then you restart your server and it should have ULX installed!

i have done that now, it is in the addons folder now and.... it does not work.
