ttt all players stuck in spectator mode?

hen I go onto my server motd comes up I click "ok" and then everyone who had joined is stuck in spectator mode, how do I change this so we can all play the game?

It sounds like you have a conflicting addon, I would (if it's not a matter to you) back up your data folder, wipe your server and install things one at a time. NFO backs up your server weekly as well but it's always good to have two copies.
