I have recently started hosting a Gmod server. I have been hosting other source servers on HL2DM, TF2, and CSGO for almost 10 years. I am having trouble with some basic commands that most new server operators would get in the first day.
I have a valid map cycle with 10 maps in it that all work, but the server stays on the same map all the time. even when there are players on it. I also have "mp_timelimit 25" in the server config.
I have also gotten no answer from anyone if some game modes block the command for time limit.
Map change is a necessity for my server.

What gamemode are you trying to implement this timelimit on?

I currently only have sandbox until I can find a working deathmatch game mode.
