Hide and Seek Gamemode Set Up

I have a Garry's Mod server and I am trying to change the gamemode to Hide and Seek. Does anyone have the SVN Link and the Folder to add it my server to make it work? I tried to find it but the one I found is not updated or doesn't works (thats what the person that helped me said). I really need help with that.
