ULX "Get MOTD from URL" is greyed out?

ULX "Get MOTD from URL" is greyed out?
I'm trying to set my server's MOTD to show a forum post of ours, but the box to enter the URL is greyed out.

Have you tried setting this manually in the garrysmod/data/ulx/config.txt file?
