PAC3 addon and DarkRP gamemode can work together, but won't.

So I have this issue with PAC3 and DarkRP, where DarkRP will not allow PAC3 to change playermodels. This is not an issue with the enforceplayermodel setting to be "true" or "false" in the darkrpmodification folder, both do not work.

PAC3 has worked with DarkRP on my old server on the VPS. When I transferred to a managed server, I took both PAC3 and DarkRP from my old server, and uploaded them to the new server. They are now not compatible with each other, to my dismay.

My main theory is that DarkRP somehow has superior rights to PAC3 in a certain setting or config, but I want PAC3 to always trump DarkRP's limitations. I have also googled this issue, but seeing as there are not so many people who try to have DarkRP and PAC3 working together, my search has been for nothing. The only usual response I get from people who has the two addons working together is "I just put PAC3 there and it worked!".

My friends, if you could give me a hint or a clear answer, I would be very grateful. This is a huge issue to me, since I feel that PAC3 should enable people to change their playermodels if they want. Any clue or post with implications would make me happy as I can then look up or try your suggested fixes if they actually work or not.
