Help with basically all addons

I'm 99% of a noob to this, I know how to install maps on my server, but there are complications.

Sometimes, when a player doesn't have the map, it disconnects them, and there's no way for them to download it without them getting it from the workshop. I don't know how to force install, and I also don't know how to install T-weapons or just weapons found on the ground to my server. (Basically, all the weapon addons I want are in one steamcommunity file, link is below.) I don't know how to work pointshop or install fastDL even. I also don't know how to create a .lua file for server setup either.

Is there anyone that could give me specific instructions for my situation? (Unlike most of the instructions from the internet searches I've done.)

Once you have everything added to your server that you want including the .lua file just go to the websync tab in your game servers control panel and click sync files, it sets up the fast downloads for you automatically!
