If you still need one I would really love to be your co-owner I play gmod every single day and know how to code like add jobs I am active all the time and love to help out servers a lot. I doubt anyone you find here actually will know how to code. By coding they probably mean going to the coding beast and making jobs which isnt coding at all. I would code for you but I already own a deathrun server. Good luck with your darkrp.
