Server Automatically Granting Positions?

I have created this system on my website that allows us admins to accept or deny ban appeals, ban requests, abuse reports, and staff applications.

I want the system to be like this:
1. User submits their application on my external website
( the site isn't related to NFO ).
2. Admins go to the CPanel I created ( which is on the website ) and accept the User
3. Server Console automatically grants the position applied for to that user.

I have already created step 1 and 2 from the above, I just need help with 3

I do know LUA coding but am not sure how I would go about this. It's similar to donation systems.
1. The User donates
2. Once the payment is confirmed, the User is automatically granted their rank by console.

You would need to set it up with a MYSQL, I dont think there is any other way.
