Xgui is not working

hello my xgui just stopped randomly working out of the blue i contacted nfo for support and the best they thing they could suggest doing is deleting the ulib and ulx files (i have done so) now im confused on how to re-add them back into the server?

All you have to do to re-install ulx and ulib is go to the ulyless website, download and install the files, then extract them to your server, and then of course enter "ulx adduser your in game name superadmin"
