General Inquires For My Server

Okay so I've had my Garry's Mod server for a while. I have several scripts, my server is going to be PurgeRP.
A few problems I'd like help with (if possible):

--I don't know how to change the gamemode to "Purge" in the Garry's Mod servers. So mine is currently in DarkRP

--Super admins can't pickup cars, not theirs, not anyones. I can pick up cars (as owner), and so can a regular admin. I deleted FPP because it's annoying and I've ran into problems with it so, I just deleted it

--If you could... I need help setting up FastDL so if you could link me or give me a few directions to set that up, that'd be very useful because I know how important it is

Don't use darkrp files to change it to a purgerp by adding a timer either, that won't work. You'll need to add a purgerp file into the gamemode folder.

I'm unsure, but I hope this helps.
