Having Trouble Getting This Map Voting Addon To Work

So I was looking for a new and interesting map voting addon, and stumbled across this:

It's a really nice addon, but I'm having trouble getting it to work. I'm pretty sure it's user error. The !rtv function works, but at the end of however many rounds I set, the vote doesn't pop up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try asking the creator. We can not see what the problem is without having the addon. And is there any LUA errors?

I know this is a very late reply and you hopefully got everything patched up, but if you didn't know once you buy a script you can get direct support from the front page of that addon. Its right under where the download button is.
