So, I was directed here by one of the NFO support guys, but I'm a little worried I won't get a response. I need someone who knows how to install OpenAura/HL2RP to give me some advice. I took all the HL2RP subfolders and put them into the garrysmod folder of my server via FileZilla. I then did the same for the Open Aura Base, but it rejected the libmysql.dll. I'm not sure why, but it accepted the other files. I went to Easy Setup and set the default gamemode to hl2rp and restarted the server, and it didn't change from Sandbox. I'm guessing I installed the files wrong? If anyone knows how to install OA/HL2RP and could give me a step by step walkthrough of how to install OA/HL2RP, that would be really nice. Otherwise, I don't know what I'm going to do with this $23 a month server rental and it's really important that I do get it working. I was told by support that there are some admins here that could help me. This is really important to me.

I'm not an expert with Garrysmod and I'm not familiar with the installation of these two -- but a customer might be able to chime in who is.
Just in terms of the basics, were you following the exact installation instructions as provided by the addon authors? Was the server turned completely off while you were doing this?
If either of these allows installation via an SVN repository, that would be the easiest way to get the files onto the server in all the right places.

1st open up your filezilla or what ever you use.
2nd get these three files.
and move them to
If you set up all the mySQL etc it should all work.
If you have any errors feel free to post again.
