I run a TTT server, and my developer and I are stumped.
The idea is to have a song play as a person enters the server, but the song can only be heard by that person. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

For player joining a LONG time ago I would embed a nearly non-visible music player in the HTML MOTD. This was with CS:S so I could be totally wrong here.
As far as when round starts, anything I would suggest would be sourcemod, and I've been told Sm and GMOD don't like each other

I know of one way to play music in the loading screen is to insert an autoplay html code into your loading screen page. For example with put an autoplay on a youtube video and hid it so it couldn't be seen, but when players loaded the server they would hear the song playing.
