New Server Teacher

So I have opened a TTT server and I have figured out basics of it. But would like for someone to help me get the more detailed things going. I can learn the stuff quickly i just need a teacher. I have a friend helping but some of the stuff is stumping him as well. If anyone would be interested in helping please let me know.

I know how to do most of the stuff on here. Loading maps, weapons. It is mostly adding weapons to the point shop, which i almost got down, And adding player models. There are no guides available for someone that owns a server only for people adding it to their gmod client. So to clarify some, I am not a complete dumb ass, Just need a little tech help.
