Garry's Mod TTT Help

Can someone help me to create my gmod TTT server ?
-I'd like to have a pointshop with custom playermodels and VIP only items...
-Custom weapons (Aug, galil, famas...)
-Custom Traitor/Detective store items (Grappling hook, AK47...)
-Custom ranks w/ custom colors
-Fast DL
-A custom loading screen (if possible)
-End round music & slow-motion
