Ok so I had added in the PHP admin but I did not get my password or Username How do I find out my pass and username to get into my Forum page and start building it?

Are you wanting to get to your website main page or are you wanting to access phpMyAdmin?
You can find your subdomain listed on the "Domains" tab in your control panel and you can find your phpMyAdmin password on the "File manager" tab in your control panel.
