Ok so on my TTT sever There is a high demand for Skins!

so I was looking and I found these cool skins link is given here: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=72729


I uploaded it into my Addons on my sever then I went into Garrysmod/gamesmodes/terrortown/content/models

and uploaded all the Fallouts Models.

Then I went
Garrysmod/gamesmodes/terrortown/content/materials

and uploaded all the matierals there.

What am I doing wrong here? because there not working.

Adding it to your add on is only for an individuals Game. To add it to an actual server it is more complicated. I can talk you thru it if you want but just and FYI a lot of the player models on the website are t pose.
