New TTT Hands Gone

Well, I've been confused for the last few days. An update was released for GMod about a week or two ago. One of the things it did was change the viewmodel hands in Trouble in Terrorist Town and added an option for them in the weapon code which is "SWEP.UseHands = "true/false""

I recoded all of my weapons to get them compatible with this. Then, to remove all of the files I created for testing , I backed up the important files to my computer and wiped the server. I put my files back in the server and ever since the new hands have been gone. It's like they never existed.

Did Bad King remove the hands silently? I don't get this.

Hey my understanding of what happened was Garry released the update and it broke a few things. NFO needed to update a few things so that the CS:S models worked properly.
All of the models work fine for my server except in spectator mode. There are not hands models. Badking said that he is fixing/fixed it. Check it out on the zombie master forum.

If you're talking about the client side hand models they still work.
