Instant reload on TTT/GMOD

So I have a curious question as to why certain props are walk throughable and guns are instant reload. I heard you have to mount counter strike source but I have it mounted and the VPK but some how I don't think I did it right cause it's under the mount.cfg and I was curious to how to mount it properly if I did it wrong on my VPS.

Have you converted CS:S to the new SteamPipe version on your client?

Here is what I did, I downloaded gmod using the steamcmd thingy your staff suggested. Then I mounted everything I could and then I kinda copied and paste the server stuff like models, materials and etc that I had on the server before I moved to VPS. There are .vpks in and hte mount.cfg has all the things. Is there a guide about mounting to make sure I am doing it right? Cause I just want to make sure. I do belive it has to do with something about CS:S

Ok just to make sure, I made sure to app_update gmod validate and validate the cs:s content that was dled through steamcmd and the mount.cfg has CS:S in the listing so I don't know why it isn't mounted/installed right.

I can't edit my post but herpaderp I did force_install_dir gmod instead of doing C:\gmod like an idiot but now my srcds.exe isn't launching... Odd....

Can't edit but my post but now the srcds.exe is taking forever to load or something and all I have in the mount.cfg is the CS:S stuff and I have cstrike folder in my gmod folder which has all the vpks.

When you say "taking forever to load" is it loading the server or is it trying to start srcds?

What OS 32/64 ( and distro if linux )

Ok I fixed my scrds issue...

The thing is my mounting still doesn't work cause when I put the cstrike folder in my gmod folder it some reason acting like a jerk and the srcds does not load.

I have my mount.cfg as this.

I have it as like this.

//"cstrike" "C:\cstrike"

Cause I am still having instant reload problems.

And my distro is windows 2008 R2

Solved, i'm silly forgot the // in the mount.cfg = uncommented.
