Need Help Making TTT Server

Well, As it says I'm new to making/owning servers. I have no clue what to do, All I did was get the server and don't know what else to do. I know I'm retarded but please help.

TTT is included with Gmod servers by default. To set it to TTT, you'd just need to set the gamemode as "terrortown" from the Easy Setup tab of your control panel and restart the server.

What about adding maps? And It says my server is up then I got to status and it says its chaging maps or offline I go back to the server controls and it says it offline. What do I do?

You can add maps by uploading them directly to your game server's FTP. The details for FTP are located on the File manager tab of your game server control panel. You'll want to use an actual FTP client, such as FileZilla, which you can find here: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

Once done, you can add them to your mapcycle from the Easy Setup tab in your control panel.
