I can't edit any of the default files, and after reading that, I can't seem to find the "File unlock tool on the "Server control" page of your control panel.". This is my server control page: http://prntscr.com/1ucazr . I would just like to know how to edit the gamemode files.

The tool you're referring to is a file deletion tool and it is located on the "File manager" tab in your control panel.
What files are you trying to edit and is your server off before making these edits?
