Hello I bought my CS:GO server yesterday and I got it and didn't change any of the settings besides the name and I tried to connect via console because it wasn't going up in the game servers (yes the server was running) and I recieved this, "356.072: Sending UDP connect to public IP xxxxxxxxxxx Server using 'public' lobbies, requiring pw no, lobby id 0
RememberIPAddressForLobby: lobby 0 from address xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Server approved grace request...
Retrying connection to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, server requires lobby reservation but is unreserved.

Retrying public(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) ...

x's are just blocking my IP. Can anyone help with this problem. I sent in a support ticket and these tried certain things like repairing the server, I also did a clean wipe overnight, none of which worked, and they cannot help me any further. Thanks.

I have seen this problem when I tried to define a custom mapgroup in the gamemodes_server.txt

Make sure that everything is defined correctly in that.

After the wipe you said you didn't make any changes? If so, this should be being handled in a support request and not here. Please follow up with that request so we can continue troubleshooting.

I recommended to him that he should try disabling MetaMod and SourceMod. I have read somewhere that it may cause a problem on some servers.

I have been in contact with zsa, and apparantly he is still having this issue. I told him to request that John be assigned this ticket, but when I asked him a little bit ago, he said that John has not responded. Not sure what the status is of his ticket, but I assured him that his issue would be resolved, as I have a lot of faith that the support here can handle it.
