I'm sure some people in the community can offer some suggestions, but it is going to be difficult to do much since this is a dedicated server not hosted with us.

Post your full plugins list for sourcemod. This can be found by running "sm plugins list" in the server console.

Try temporarily moving advertisements into the disabled folder of your sourcemod plugins.


Also, try running htop when the server is lagging. That will show you whether the machine is bogged down, or if the server is having problems. If you don't understand what htop is saying, take a screenshot and post it here.
